Leather Living will repair or replace any defects in workmanship or material if identical material is not available equivalent parts will be substituted. This warranty is non-transferable, valid only to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the individual and is limited to the following conditions:
Frame construction: Extremely well fitted frames constructed from selected high quality kiln-dried solidwood and wood products are warranted for lifetime of the product under normal household use against defects in structure, workmanship or materials.
Spring Construction: Leather Living uses the best material and technique available for spring construction. Our Sinuous spring seating has a lifetime warranty, under normal household use against breakage caused by defects in workmanship or material.
Cover: Leather is natural material and when properly cared for, it will maintain its beauty and appearance for many years. Markings in your leather are natural, and so they do not affect the strength or wear ability of the leather. In fact, markings such as scratches, branding marks, scares, color and grain variation are unique characteristics that are your assurance of genuine leather. Leather Living’s 100% leather covers have one year warranty against tearing and splitting only. This warranty does not cover normal wear-tear, fading, damage, wrinkling, color change, And any damage from blue jean, direct sunlight or use of chemical and improper cleaning. Leather Living fabric products are warranted against wear under normal care and conditions for a period of one year. This does not cover shrinkage, pilling, fading or damage due to chemical or improper cleaning.Cushions: We use high-density resilient foam wrapped in polyester fiber and custom padded for maximum seating comfort. Leather Living provides truly unique removable and refillable seat and back cushions and gives you the ability to increase the life span of filling and covers by removing, cleaning and restoring them to their shape. Leather Living cushions are warranted for a period of one year. Do not confuse normal softening and flattening that occur in all foams as a result of normal use.
Mechanism & Mattress: Leather Living’s heavy-duty Bed and Reclining mechanisms are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year. 4" coil plus 3/4 quilting bed mattress are not reversible and their warranty is one year.
Note: Warranties are based on normal household use from date of purchase and are warranted against defect in material and workmanship only, does not cover labour cost. When making a claim under this warranty, the holder must contact the retailer from who the purchase was originally made. Leather Living reserves the right to repair at its discretion. If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repair the cost of packing, brokerage and shipping to and from the factory are not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any defects resulting from the following incidents: accidents, damage in freight, alterations, fire, burns, cuts, contact with sharp, rough or foreign objects, pen damage, fading due direct exposure to the sun or damage caused by the improper use of velcro or other fasteners designed to hold the cushion in place.
