A quality of leather furniture is not only upholstered in quality top grain leather, but it is also constructed with only the finest materials and craftsmanship available. A solidly built hardwood frame double-dowelled and corner-blocked for reinforcement is the first step we use to make a quality product. Next, and most importantly, the seat and back cushion are determined to deliver the comfort. High density polyurethane foam is used for seat cushions. Seat cushions are wrapped in channel envelopes to prevent them from losing their shape and breaking down. The overall tailoring of the piece is the best determination of quality. Since each piece is handcrafted, there will be slight variations in each piece of furniture. However, seat cushions fit snuggly; seams are straight and back cushions are sized uniformly.
