1. Frame Construction Frames are constructed from high quality kiln dried solid wood and wood products. Joints are corner- blocked and doweled, then stapled and glued for extra strength. This ensures added durability for years of use and enjoyment. 2. Exclusive Platinum Coil Base This unique advancement in coil spring seating technology is exclusively available from Leather Living. A combination of double cone tempered coils mouned on a solid insulated wooden base, it has sinuous springs attached to heavy-duty insulated steel wires by heavy metal clips. This design has proven durability and strenth that far exceeds other spring construction.
3. Exclusive Adjustable & Removable Seat Seat cushions are secured with 2” velcro fastner to easily remove to refill and seat depth can be adjusted to personal prefrence. Velcro keep them in their proper position and to maintain their shape. This also makes the furniture easy to deliver.
4. Exclusive Self-Adjustable & Refillable Back Cushions Exclusive Self-adjustable Back Cushion provides greater comfort and accommodate various heights in same family. Foam + Fiber filled Back Cushions gives you the ability to increase the life span of your furniture. With easy access zipper, the cushion casing can easily be removed and refilled.

6. Seat Cushion Construction Our 2.2 density, resilient foam is manufactured without the use of CFC’s. Both sides of the cushions are wrapped in fiber, with custom padding for maximum seating comfort, durability and visible softness. Many different comfort zones are available to accommodate varying personal preferences and heights.
7. Inside/Outside Padding We utilize high-quality foam padding throughout the entire sofa, especially the back, arms and springs for ultimate  luxury  and additional  softness. Seat and back springs are covered with heavy-duty polyester decking. A foam pad is added for additional softness and to protect against the feel of the springs or wooden corners.
Quality Tailoring Handcrafted workmanship and precise custom tailoring is enhanced with computerized sewing techniques for consistent quality. All seams are 100% bonded nylon thread and skillfully tailored. Outside panel seams are sewn with a Baseball or French stitch, enforced with 3/4 polyester tape for additional strength and durability. Fabric or ultra bicast sofa cover: all pattern and stitching is different then leather, less seams, no Baseball stitching, no refill zipper or velcro fastners.

2. Back Springs Oil tempered sinuous back springs attached to frame with eurolife metal clips. Eurolife clips have heavy duty nylon liner to prevent any squeaking and swing up and down smoothly. This design has proven durability and strength that exceeds far other spring constructions.
3. Exclusive Removable & Adjustable Pocket-coil seating This exclusive Pocket-coil seating system is far superior in comfort and durability when compared to other seating systems. These removable Pocket-coil seat cushions also provide seat depth adjustment to accommodate various heights in same family. a.  Each cushion has 72 pocket-coils (each coil made with 2.0 mm diameter wire). b.   Complete spring unit is assembled on thick  layer of heavy-duty synthetic padding and then wrapped in 2.2 density foam. c.   The unit is generously padded in thick layer of polyester fiber for visible softness and comfort.
